Hi! My name is Brian and I’m a blog developer and SEO tech at MDPM.
I’ve been hooked on photography since I learned to print black and white photos in my high school darkroom. The next year, I worked as a photo editor on the yearbook staff and was introduced to the world of publication design. As a journalism major at Texas State University, I learned more about using technology and design to communicate ideas in print and across the web.
While studying abroad in Mexico I created my first blog to share my experience with family and friends. Upon returning, I was amazed at how many people had seen my pictures and read my stories. I kept it up and used my blogs as a platform to share my photographs, stories, and ideas.
I originally arrived at MDPM looking to work as a writer. However, they saw my background and put me to work on the technical side of things instead. I now build our dentists’ blogs and help ensure they have good web presence through SEO (search engine optimization) techniques.
I also love skateboarding, music, camping, board games, and coffee!
